JT’s upbringing is as diverse as his legal career. Born in Korea, his childhood was marked by a series of international relocations, from Hong Kong SAR, to Thailand, Shanghai, and India. These experiences imbued him with a heightened sense of empathy, particularly for those undergoing the stressful and worrisome process of relocation to a new and foreign environment. Through his exposure to a wide range of cultures, JT developed a keen appreciation for the unique struggles individuals face when adapting to new surroundings.
